Our property management division is managed and guided by the owner of the company, Petra Zayakosky. Petra has managed properties since 2002 with the same care and professionalism she has managed her own properties throughout the years. She understands the needs and concerns of property owners; and is equally responsive to her tenants to make it a true success for everyone.
