Gary and Petra Zayakosky opened EZ-Vest Realty in 2002 as a family business, serving clients all over the Hampton Roads area and beyond. Fast outgrowing the original office space EZ-Vest Realty moved right onto Warwick Boulevard in Newport News in 2003, where over 30 agents now have assisted thousands of families to find their first, second, investment, and dream homes throughout the years.
Our agents are experienced in marketing properties, negotiating contracts in the best interest of our clients, finding great deals, and addressing current market issues.
As a bonus our agents are trained and skilled in finding investment properties & assisting in profit analysis and rehab consultation.
EZ-Vest Realty has also been activily involved in numerous communities. For example, in 2004 we created a scholorship fund for Menchville High School involving seniors in the process of buying, rehabilitating, and reselling distressed properties.
